Customer guide to getting their floors sanded...

For the best results ensure all other tradesmen have completed their work or are away from the floor before the floor sanding begins.

Clear the floor of debris and furniture.

Ensure there is adequate power supply, more than one circuit.

Is there ample parking/access for getting the heavy machinery in?

Painting of skirting's - for the best results complete final coat once the sanding and polyurethaning is complete.

Cleaning instructions - use an anti static mop to collect dust and dirt, wash the floors regularly with hot water and detergent for water.

Be careful to use only a damp mop, not wet, as excess water will damage the floor. Note: No waxes or silicon cleaners s

hould be used on the floor. Some household detergents can be abrasive and dull your floor over a period of time.
